Who do you coach? What's your focus? I focus on Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Career & Life Transitions, Solopreneur and Small Business Growth. My special Interests are Female Leadership, Personality and self-awareness, introverted leaders, ADHD, neurodivergence, navigating burnout, holistic coaching, and navigating the challenges of menopause in life and in the workplace. How would you describe your coaching style? I’m curious, empathetic, collaborative, goal-oriented, and direct. I enable you to define what you want, know how to get it, and understand what may be getting your way – in business and life. What frameworks, methodologies, or tools do you use in your coaching? I use a blend of methods, including Hogan Personality Assessments, Strengths-Based Leadership Development, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques, along with 25+ years of experience in Brand & Business Strategy to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals. How do you tailor your approach to suit different clients’ needs? I start with an in-depth assessment to understand each client’s unique strengths, goals, and challenges. From there, we design a custom plan together that includes markers for success and adjust as needed based on feedback, client requirements, and progress. Can you provide an example of helping a client achieve a challenging goal? A team leader in a director position wanted to improve her executive presence to be considered for a promotion. We worked on leadership style, self-confidence, and visibility strategies, and within a year, she was promoted and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from her peers and managers. Her manager even contacted me for coaching after seeing the impact that coaching could have.
