My clients are purpose-driven executives and senior leaders who are leading teams and organizations, solopreneurs and small business owners ready for growth, individuals who are defining their careers, and people who are ready to take the next big step into a new chapter in life and business. Can you provide an example of a success story? A COO at a healthcare organization going through a merger and acquisition was struggling with team cohesion and strategic vision alignment. Through my coaching and consulting work, we honed in on leadership challenges and implemented a strategic communications framework that helped her clarify her vision and significantly boost communications with her leadership team and direct reports. She was able to take her organization from bankrupt to profitable and successfully lead her team through an acquisition and merger with a Private Equity firm.
